We want you to be happy and satisfied with your new OWN products, however, due to the hygienic nature of OWN skin care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order or concerns with your OWN skin care items, please contact us!Â
*Please note, tallow skincare can melt in the heat. We do not offer refunds or replacement for melted product. Please keep an eye on your shipment and retrieve it from your community mailbox or porch as soon as possible, so the package doesn't get too hot! However, if your products do arrive melted, please contact us and we can help bring your balms back to their perfect consistency. If whips melt in the heat, they will become the consistency of the tallow balm (they are still perfect to use, but the product will be more concentrated).Â
We do our best to make sure all of your new OWN skin care items are packaged safely. If you receive an item with a broken jar or defect, please contact us!
