Local Pickup

We offer local pickup in ABBOTSFORD at the lovely Forage & Faire shop!

Forage & Faire is located at 33735 Essendene Ave, Abbotsford, BC

Select local pickup at checkout and select the date that works for you to pickup - you will have 7 days to pickup from that selected date. 

*Please only select local pickup if you can pickup within 7 days of your selected Tuesday. Your order will be ready for pickup starting at 10am on your selected Tuesday and it will be ready and available for pickup for 7 days. Please note, orders that are not picked up within 7 days of your order being ready, may be subject to cancellation without refund.

**Please do not call or contact Forage & Faire regarding your order, email us instead!

 

Canadian Orders 

We are shipping normally with UPS, Purolator and Canada Post to all addresses - we select the best and fastest option when we ship your order. 

Canada Post is fully operational, we are shipping to PO boxes and remote locations with Canada Post. 

Basic flat rate shipping of $12.99 on all orders (no minimum) - we cover the rest of the shipping cost. 

FREE standard shipping over $200 (before taxes) on Canadian orders!

Priority shipping is available and is automatically calculated by the shipping carrier at checkout. 

 

U.S. Orders 

US order shipping will be calculated with Canada Post/USPS based on weight in your cart.

*The US government has removed the "duty free" threshold for Americans purchasing from Canadians and all orders to the USA are no longer duty free. Duties and handling costs will be automatically calculated at checkout and prepayment is now required by the US.

 

Shipping Note:

We are an independently owned Canadian small business and as much as we wish we could, we don't set the shipping rates. We're offering discounted Canadian flat rate to help offset the cost for you, meaning we take on a portion of the cost...shipping can be a doozey and it is a very large added cost for small businesses!

OWN Skin Co. is not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or tampered with during shipping and/or delivery.

 

Fulfillment Time

We do our best to fulfill your orders quickly because we know how excited you are to get your OWN products! Please allow for 1-5 days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped, we'll do our best to get it out as quick as we can! Thank you for your patience!
